BSMU students - winners of the CIS Surgical League Olympiad

The Olympiad of the CIS Surgical League has ended in Belarus.

Medical students from Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan demonstrated skills in performing the most complex plastic surgeries, aortic prosthetics, laparoscopic interventions and much more.

In the piggy bank of the team of the Bashkir State Medical University:

3rd place - Upper left bronchoangioplastic lobectomy, right Upper bilobectomy of the lung, S-shaped ileoanal reservoir anastomosis: laparoscopic myomectomy, pancreatic-duodenal resection, closure of the skin defect with a SCIP flap, uterine suturing in CS;

2nd place - skin defect plastic surgery with a local flap, laparoscopic cholicystectomy, laparoscopic pyelolithotomy, eye injury;

1st place - laparoscopic wedge-shaped resection of the uterine angle with tubectomy, urethrocystoanastomosis, Achilles tendon suture.
