BSMU signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Abuja

Bashkir State Medical University and the University of Abuja (Nigeria) signed a memorandum of cooperation. The rector of BSMU, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Valentin Pavlov, University staff and foreign students from Nigeria took part in the signing of the agreement.

According to the signed document, cooperation between the two universities involves the academic exchange of students and teachers, joint research, the development of educational programs and international projects.

Recall that at the Bashkir State Medical University, about 5,000 foreign students from 64 countries of the world get the profession of a doctor, including 23 students from Nigeria.

The University of Abuja is a federal university in the Nigerian capital Abuja. The university provides training in various areas, including medical and pharmaceutical profiles. The university also has a Distance Learning School, which provides university education to those who cannot receive it on a full-time basis.
