The rector of BSMU meets with a delegation from Harbin Medical University

At the end of the first day of the all-Russian student Olympics on surgery with international participation V. N. Pavlov, rector of the University, met with Prof. Shibo Sun, the team leader of Harbin Medical University, head of the General Surgery Department of the hospital of HMU, and Liu Yan, the chief specialist of the Institute of International Education of HMU, during which the rector and Prof. Sun gave each other gifts. V. N. Pavlov noted the high level of training of the team from China. Professor Sun, in turn, thanked the University for the warm reception and good organization. Both sides expressed their willingness to continue the cooperation between universities. Currently, the HMU are 17 postgraduate/PhD from Bashkir State Medical University, scientists from both universities take an active part in joint conferences and research projects.
