23 December, Clinical Hospital "Mother and Child" held a conference “Modern principles of therapy and tactics of managing patients with hemostasis system artificial pathology”

On Saturday, 23 December the conference “Modern principles of therapy and tactics of managing patients with hemostasis system artificial pathology”, organized by the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care with the Course of Additional Professional Education Institution Department of BSMU, was held at Clinical Hospital "Mother and Child", Ufa, with great success.

The violation problems of the hemostatic system are particularly acute in connection with the widespread use of drugs that regulate coagulant and aggregate properties of blood, preparations of these groups are prescribed for patients with cardiac and neurological diseases, patients after surgery, pregnant women in certain situations, etc. Diagnosis of such changes, including laboratory, monitoring the therapy effectiveness, its safety are very important nowadays. A major challenge is surgery carried out on patients of this group.

Prof. A. J. Gilmanov, Prof. K. Z. Bakhtiyarova, Prof. I. I. Lutfarakhmanov, assoc. A. G., Kakaulin presented the detailed reports. Assoc.B.V.Vakeeva, Prof. R. M. Gabdulkhakova, the chief medical officer of the Hospital K. N. Lobko, assoc. G. A. Biktimirova introduced very informative reports that caused a great interest among the audience. A.V. Samorodov, assistant professor of the department, presented much new and very useful information on the issue.

Of special note was the message made by Prof. Vladimir I. Yershov (Orenburg Medical Academy) on the nationwide monitoring of the characteristics of respiratory support for patients of this profile with ischemic type stroke particularly. The cooperation agreement was signed at the conference. The resuscitators of Bashkortostan are also included in this issue.

No doubt, six hours were not enough to cover all the issues and problems on the topic. In conclusion, presiding officer Prof. P. I. Mironov thanked the audience, which, in turn, offered to hold more conferences on this topic, highlighting outstanding issues.
