· I live in Russia 7 years , from 2018 till now.
· I know that Russia from the best countries in the world, and have opportunities to be one of the most important doctors in the world due to them experience and high efficiency in education and rapid development in modern medicine, especially robotics.
· Because when I researched about the most important university in Russia , I found the BSMU is one of the best universities
· In BSMU I found everyone very cooperative, from the director to the doctors. They give us the opportunity to work, communicate with patients, and enter the operating rooms. Everything is explained in a simple way.
· I would like to thank all the doctors who taught me and thank them for their cooperation with us during my academic years, but there are some doctors whom I will never forget from my memory and they are like their brothers and they took us to the patients to communicate with them and I would like to thank Dr. Samuel and Dr. Pavlov for helping us.
· Regarding work, it depends on a good job opportunity in Russia and the appropriate specialization that I dream of. If I find it, I will stay in Russia, but if I do not find the opportunity, I will return to my country. However, I hope to stay in Russia.
-I chose to be a doctor in school because of the inspiration I saw in doctors in Egypt and the desire of my parents. With time, I began to yearn for knowledge, inventing what is new, and discovering a cure for cancer, which has occupied my mind for a long time. Therefore, I will continue to treat patients who suffer from chronic and fatal diseases and help them.
I have been living in Russia for four years. This experience has allowed me to immerse myself in the culture and adapt to the lifestyle here. I chose Russia primarily because of its prestigious education system, known worldwide for its rigorous academic standards. Additionally, my father lives in Russia, which provided me with a sense of familiarity and support as I began this educational journey.
I chose BSMU because it offers quality education at an affordable price. The university has a strong reputation in the medical field and I felt it would provide me with the skills and knowledge I needed to become a competent dentist.
I found wonderful mentors, such as my biochemistry teacher Guzel Maratovna and Zulfiya Faritovna. They were incredibly supportive and guided me throughout my studies, helping me understand complex concepts and encouraging my academic development.
One interesting aspect that stood out during my time at BSMU was that the university felt like my second home. The friendly atmosphere, camaraderie among students and supportive lecturers made my transition to life in Russia much smoother. I remember a cultural exchange event where students from different countries shared their traditions; it was a beautiful experience that highlighted the diversity and unity within our university community.
I would like to express my gratitude once again to Guzel Maratovna Abdullina. Her passion for teaching and her dedication to her students inspired me greatly. She not only gave me knowledge, but also instilled in me the importance of perseverance and hard work.
After graduation, I plan to pursue further education in medicine at BSMU and focus on specialized training that will enhance my skills as a physician. I aim to contribute to the healthcare system and possibly return to Turkey to serve my community.
My decision to become a doctor stems from my lifelong admiration for my family members who work in the medical field. Their dedication to helping others and making a difference in people's lives has always inspired me. I want to follow in their footsteps and dedicate my life to healthcare, providing support and care to those in need.
My name is Daniela Tobar Mendoza. I am from Colombia.
I’ve been in Russia for almost 6 years and 6 months. I chose Russia because it is one of the few countries where education and living is affordable and students can get jobs to work during their bachelors degree. I chose BSMU because it was located in the city where I was already living in, I heard great reviews from students and when I went to check rankings comparing Russian universities I realized that it was ranked between the best universities in the country plus it had the option to study in English.
I have found multiple mentors between my teachers who have guided, supported and motivated me .
I have been to multiple competitions, I’ve watched and taken part in research and I’ve successfully helped in the publishing of 2 medical books and several articles which my friends in other countries and universities find unbelievable as it isn’t easy to find universities that give so many opportunities to students.
I wish I could choose just one teacher to thank, but along these 6 years I’ve felt support from so many teachers that really made me feel at home, so I’ll take this chance to thank every single teacher that has cared enough to motivate me to be better, who believed in me and gave me opportunities that not everyone gets.
I’m definitely 100% staying in Ufa and in our university I will apply to ordinatura here and I hope I’ll be allowed to teach here one day.
I can’t find only one reason to be a doctor, there are multiple factors that got me here, the status, how you get to learn something new everyday, how fascinating it is to be able to partially understand the whole world of things happening inside of us and the intrigue to find out the answer of the things we as humans still can’t understand.
I chose Russia because is one of the few countries where education and living is affordable and students can get jobs to work and make dream reality. I chose BSMU because it opens wide areas in education and development.
I found mentors who helped me develop further, including the Dean’s Office, which helps students develop themselves and provides opportunities, as well as my professors in all subjects.
I participated in many scientific researches and obtained certificates. I will not forget the Dean’s office, which gave me the opportunity to work with them and help them. It was a very wonderful experience.
I thank all my teacher for all these years. Every professor had a word that motivated me more and more, Lyubov Alexandrovna for Russian language and Dr. Samuel for pathophysiology and surgeon Mehdiyev Namik Muradovich.
After graduation for sure I am planning to apply to ordinatura and I hope to accept me to be teacher in my adorable university BSMU.
I chose to be a doctor because it's mine and my parents dream.
I chose to study in Russia because of its profound contributions to medical science, its renowned scientists, and its groundbreaking achievements that have significantly shaped modern healthcare. The country has a long history of medical advancements, innovative research, and globally recognized medical institutions that provide high-quality education and hands-on clinical experience.
Beyond academics, Russia’s deep-rooted culture, rich traditions, and world-class universities create a stimulating environment for learning and personal growth. The breathtaking natural landscapes, magnificent architecture, and vibrant student life make it an inspiring and enriching place to live, explore, and build a successful future in medicine.
I chose BSMU for its strong medical program, distinguished faculty, and cutting-edge research opportunities, which provide a solid foundation for medical excellence. Additionally, the university offers a supportive learning environment, modern facilities, and diverse clinical training, ensuring a well-rounded education and hands-on experience in the medical field.
Various activities are offered for foreign students, including cultural events, language exchange programs, sports, academic workshops, and social gatherings to help them integrate, learn, and enjoy their experience.
After graduation, I plan to specialize in surgery, dedicating myself to developing the skills and expertise needed to perform complex procedures and improve patients' lives. I am committed to continuous learning, hands-on experience, and staying updated with the latest advancements in surgical techniques. My goal is not just to be a skilled surgeon but also a compassionate doctor who makes a real difference in people's health and well-being.
I chose to be a doctor because I’ve always wanted to help people in a meaningful way. Seeing how medicine can change lives – relieving pain, offering hope, and even saving lives – made me realize this is what I want to dedicate myself to. It’s about being there for people during their most vulnerable moments. I want to use my skills, knowledge, and compassion to make a real difference, continuously learn, and grow in a field that never stops evolving.
I am a general medicine student. I will study in Russia for 6 academic years.
I wanted to be a Doctor since my childhood and what's better option for choosing a good country for perusing your dreams.
I chose Russia as it provides good quality education. It gives exposure to various health-care facilities. In addition, the education is reasonable and affordable. I also got to meet new people and I got new experiences.
I decided to take admission in Bashkir State Medical University because it's approved by NMC. It's an old university. It also has robotic surgery which very less university provides.
All the teachers I met here became my mentor. Not just teachers but seniors also taught me a lot of good things. I have realized there's always space to learn from everyone.
Interesting part about being in BSMU is that you get to meet intellectual people. Also BSMU hosts various programs to make everyone feel connected to their roots.
After my graduation I'll prepare for FMGE exam and then I will prepare for further education. I wanted to become a doctor since my childhood. I always used to like helping people in need and what's best to save people's life.
