In 2009 she graduated from the coaching and teaching Faculty of the Ural State University of Physical Culture branch of the Bashkir Institute of Physical Culture in Ufa. The qualification "Specialist in physical culture and sports" was awarded.
In 2014, she completed advanced training under the program: "Improving the level of psychological and pedagogical training of higher school teachers" (M.A. Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities, Ufa).
In 2016, she completed advanced training under the program: PC "Modern educational and information (IT) technologies in the implementation of basic and adaptive educational programs" (FSBEI IN BSMU of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation; 108 hours).
In 2016, she completed advanced training under the program: "Organization of the educational process in physical culture in the light of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard" (GAU DPO IRO RB, 72h.).
In 2017, she completed advanced training under the program: "Peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in physical culture in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education" (FSBI DPO "All-Russian Educational, Scientific and Methodological Center for Continuing Medical and Pharmaceutical Education" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 2017, 36 hours)
In 2019-2020, she completed advanced training under the program: "Teacher of professional education. Inclusive education and information and communication technologies in the implementation of basic educational programs of higher education and secondary vocational education" (BSMU Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation; 144 hours).
In 2022, she passed the DPO "Methods of organizing swimming classes for students under the program "Swimming for all" in the amount of 36 hours
In 2023, he completed training under the program – "First aid to victims at work in the amount of 16 hours."
The total work experience is 17 years. The experience of pedagogical work (work in the specialty) is 11 years. Since October 2012, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture.
Published 18 scientific articles, including guidelines on athletics.
Participated in the development of work programs on the Federal State Educational Standard of all specialties in the discipline "Physical Culture and Sports".

2. Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports: professionally applied physical training/sports and outdoor games/Cyclic sports.
