She constantly conducts active scientific cooperation with clinical departments and laboratories of the Bashkir State Medical University, which allows her to conduct research at a high scientific level with the involvement of clinicians.

She takes an active part in the training of young specialists. Under her supervision, 20 graduate qualification works of students of the Faculty of Biology of Bashkir State University and Bashkir State Pedagogical University (specialists, bachelors and magisters) were defended. Since 2014, she participates in the training of postgraduate students of IBG UNC RAS in the specialty "genetics" with the course "Ecological genetics". Since 2018 she has been working at the Department of Biology of Bashkir State Medical University, she develops and gives a course of lectures on the specialty "Biology" for 1st year students of "medical", "pediatric", "dental" faculties (in Russian and English). Courses of lectures and practical classes for masters and bachelors in the specialty "Biology" on the disciplines: "Human genome", "Gene polymorphism in biotransformation of xenobiotics", "Cytogenetics".
