Regina Ilgizovna graduated the Bashkir State Medical University in 2009, completed therapy internship in 2010 at the Department of Therapy and Clinical Pharmacology based at the Republican Clinical Hospital named after Kuvatov in Ufa, has been working as a therapist at the Republican Clinical Hospital for War Veterans from 2014 to 2016.

R.I. Sadikova completed the dissertation titled “Clinical-Immunological and Genetic Predictors of Endothelial Dysfunction in Patients with Myocardial Infarction” under the guidance of professor E. G. Mutalova and has been working as assistant at the Department of Hospital Therapy since 2018 and carrying out the treatment patients of the cardiology department at the City Clinical Hospital No. 13.

More than 15 articles and theses, including 6 in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (VAK), as well as 2 in journals indexed in Scopus were published during the work.
