Graduated from the Dental faculty of Bashkir State Medical Institute named after the XV anniversary of the Komsomol in 1983. From 1983 to 1984, he completed an internship in surgical dentistry on the basis of the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital. From 1984 to 1987 he worked in the Ermekeyevsky district of the BASSR as a dentist. Since 1987, he has been working at the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, since 1990 as a maxillofacial surgeon in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of the RDKB. Since 2009. He is the head of the Department of Maxillofacial surgery of the RDKB. Since 2009, he has been appointed Chief Freelance Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgeon of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. The experience of medical work is 30 years.

He is a member of the Problem Commission and a member of the Educational and Methodological Council for Dentistry of the State Educational Institution of Higher Education "BSMU Roszdrava". Since 2009. He is the deputy chairman of the Final State Attestation Commission at the Faculty of Dentistry of BSMU.

In 2012, he was awarded the title of "Honored Doctor of the Republic of Belarus".

Scientific activity:

8 patents of the Russian Federation for the invention have been registered, including 4 new methods of surgical treatment of children with congenital cleft palate, and 4 methods of studying this pathology.

In 1997, he defended his PhD thesis at the St. Petersburg MAPO. In 2009, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Moscow Medical and Dental University on the topic "Rehabilitation of children with congenital cleft of the upper lip and palate in the Republic of Bashkortostan".

130 printed scientific and educational works were published. He has repeatedly represented the Republic of Bashkortostan at All-Russian and international scientific conferences and congresses.

Since October 2000, he worked as a part-time assistant at the Bashkir State Medical University at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Since September 2003. in connection with the election by competition, he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2007. The Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2011, he was elected by competition to the position of professor of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.
