In 1978 he graduated from the Bashkir State Medical Institute. From 1978 to 1980, he studied at a clinical residency at the Department of Psychiatry of the Bashkir State Medical Institute, after which he worked as a resident physician at the Bashkir Republican Psychiatric Hospital. He has been working at the Department of Psychiatry since 1981. In 1981-93 - assistant; from April 1993 - associate professor, and from December 1995 - head of the department, since 2002 - combines the work of the head of the department with the activities of the vice-rector for educational and social work with students of BSMU. Author of more than 400 articles, monographs, scientific and methodological manuals. The main scientific works are devoted to the study of deviant forms in various age groups, clinics, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of early forms of alcoholism and drug addiction. Yuldashev V.L. is the president of the Association of Psychiatrists and Narcologists of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Chairman of the Certification Commission on Psychiatry and Narcology of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Member of the Certification Commission on Psychiatry and Narcology, Member of the Educational and Methodological Commission under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Member of the Public Council of the Federal Drug Control Service for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
