In 2003, he graduated from Bashkir State Medical University with a degree in Medicine. In 2003-2004, he underwent internship on the basis of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology with Postgraduate courses BSMU in the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital, specializing in "psychiatry". Then he entered the clinical residency on specialty "psychiatry-narcology", which he finished in 2006. He began his career in 2005 as a doctor of psychiatrist-narcologist of the department of narcological expertise of the MUZ Narcological Dispensary of Ufa. Since 2007 he worked in the State Narcological Dispensary No. 1 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, first as head of the outpatient unit, then as head of the clinical inpatient department.

In 2007, he defended his thesis on "Clinical and genetic features of endogenous depressive episode" in the specialty "Psychiatry". Since January 2008, he was accepted as an assistant, then, since September 2012, as an associate professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology with Postgraduate courses FGBOU VO BSMU.

In 2018 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Dynamics of psychoactive substances consumption in the Republic of Bashkortostan with an in-depth clinical and genetic study of the formation of dependence on substances of synthetic cathinones group" on the specialty "Narcology". Since April 2020 he is a professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology with Postgraduate courses FSBEI VO BSMU.

From 2020 to 2021 he headed the Republican Narcological Dispensary №2 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Sterlitamak). Since 2014 he has the highest qualification category in the specialty "psychiatry-narcology". In 2018 he was accepted as a senior researcher in the department of treatment of patients with alcoholism, and from 2021 as a leading researcher of the center of personalized psychiatry and neurology FGBOU "National Medical Research Center of Psychiatry and Neurology named after V.M. Bekhterev" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Since 2019 he is the President of the regional public organization "Association of Psychiatrists Narcologists of the Republic of Bashkortostan".

In 2015 he became a laureate of the contest of the Youth Award of the Republic of Bashkortostan named after Lieutenant General of Police V.I. Kokin. In 2018, he became a winner at the seminar of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP).

In 2015, as a member of the interdepartmental working group under the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, he actively participated in the development of a methodology for remote psychosociological testing of students.

In 2015, he was the head of the Healthy Family project on primary prevention of drug and alcohol abuse among adolescents and children. In the same year for the implementation of this project received a grant from the President of the Russian Federation in accordance with the order "On Ensuring State support in 2015 for non-profit non-governmental organizations Involved in the Development of civil society institutions and Implementing socially Significant projects and projects in the field of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms".

In 2018, the winner of the open competition for the performance of research work on the theme "Improvement of demographic situation in the Republic of Bashkortostan, reduction of mortality in the main groups of diseases, increase in life expectancy of the population" with the project "Development of a computer program for screening diagnostics of potential suicide risk groups among the residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan, abusers and addicts of alcohol".
