After graduating from the Bashkir State Medical Institute, specializing in "Medical Business", she worked as a psychiatrist in the Republican Psychiatric Hospital, since 2000 as the head of the department. Since 2004 she has been an assistant and since 2009 an associate professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology with Postgraduate courses BSMU, since 2016 an associate professor of the Department of Psychotherapy with Postgraduate courses BSMU.

In 2009 was awarded the highest qualification category on specialty "Psychiatry", in 2019 on - specialty "Psychotherapy". In 2001, she was awarded the sign "Excellent Health Care Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan"; in 2018 - Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

In 2006, she defended her PhD thesis on "Clinical-psychopathological and hormonal-metabolic factors of etiopathogenesis and protracted course of neurotic depression in women". In 2009 she published a monograph "Neurotic depression in women". She has more than 90 publications in periodicals and scientific collections.   

Her scientific interests include depression, borderline, psychosomatic disorders, military stress, psychotherapy issues. Regularly takes part in the work of Russian and republican congresses and conferences of psychiatrists, narcologists and psychotherapists, makes reports, conducts master classes. Possesses various psychotherapeutic techniques, conducts counseling and treatment work.
