L.R. Bakirov graduated from Bashkir State Medical University in 2009 with a degree in Medical Science. From 2009 to 2011 he studied in residency at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology. Since September 2009, he has been working at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology with Postgraduate courses BSMU. After completing postgraduate studies, in 2016 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Internet addictive behavior in borderline mental disorders among students' youth". Since 2018, he has been working as an assistant professor. Combines work at the department with consultative work as a doctor-psychiatrist, psychiatrist-narcologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist SKDC clinic BSMU and in GBUZ RKPC of the Ministry of Health of RB. Honored Worker of Public Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
