Graduated from the Eastern Institute of Economics, Humanities, Management and Law in 1998, then entered and successfully graduated from Bashkir State Pedagogical University in 2002. Worked as a school psychologist, from 2007 to 2019 was the deputy director for educational work of MBOU DO "Center for psychological, pedagogical, medical and social assistance "Satoris" of Ufa. Since 2019 she has been working at the department as an assistant.

She has the highest qualification category in the specialty "teacher-psychologist". For a long time she headed the methodological association of pedagogical psychologists of Ordzhonikidze district of Ufa.
