Bashkir State Medical University is located in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan.
1) Russia

The Republic of Bashkortostan is one of the richest territories of Russia in mineral resources with deposits of some 3,000 mineral resources. Bashkortostan is one of the principal centers of oil extraction in the Russian Federation.
3) Ufa city
Ufa is an administrative, political, economic, scientific and cultural center of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Ufa has a population of more than one million inhabitants, and it is the eleventh most populous city in Russia. BRICS and SCO summit took place in Ufa in 2015.
Climate. Ufa has a warm summer continental climate.
Languages. According to the 2010 Census, spoken languages: Russian (97%), Tatar (26%), Bashkir (23%).
Religion. Bashkortostan is multicultural with a heterogeneous population by religion. The major religions in the city are Sunni Islam and Russian Orthodoxy.
Transportation. Ufa has modern transportation system which gives a lot of convenient routes to get in or getting around the city.
There are several options like plane, train and intercity buses to get in the city.
Ufa International Airport (IATA: UFA). There are several flights a day to Moscow and St. Petersburg. There are also flights to Istanbul (Turkey) operated by Turkish Airlines. The airport is located southeast of the city and not so far from the city center.
